can be arranged if there is a problem during your service

LOLER TESTING for safety
For the safety and peace of mind of our customers, all of
Agecare Eastern’s products are tested by engineers
to pass our own high standards, and also to comply with
the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations
1998 (LOLER). You can find out more on this government enforced

VAT EXEMPTION and your purchase
The law provides VAT relief for some mobility aids for some
people who are 'chronically sick or disabled' in certain
situations. (For the purposes of this site; we refer to
The Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) which defines a
disabled person as someone who has a physical or mental
impairment that has a substantial and long-term adverse
effect on his or her ability to carry out normal day-to-day
activities). Relief under this provision is not restricted
to those who are registered as disabled, and there is no
blanket exemption from VAT for disabled persons. To help
you decide if you or the person you are purchasing on behalf
of qualifies, and are eligible for the VAT exemption, please
call your local H.M. Customs and Excise or use the links
